office administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • to act as first contact for visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and dealing with enquiries efficiently
  • working with the Business Administration Manager to process charity donations collected at our offices
  • deal with telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner
  • this will involve the accurate recording of all donations received, corresponding with clients and sending donations to charities
  • meeting with clients to make Funeral arrangements, supporting and guiding them through the arrangement process
  • this will require focused and meticulous attention to detail
  • liaising with outside agencies e.g. Clergy, Cemeteries and Crematoria etc to organise
  • this will involve accurately creating proofs, dealing with any amendments and printing the approved versions in a timely manner
