Responsibility

  • using various online systems to generate quotations
  • providing binder quotes and renewal terms
  • dealing with individual small business clients as well as medium-sized portfolios, with an overall book of premiums under £3,000,000
  • contacting Insurers to obtain new quotations or renewal terms
  • dealing with a book of renewals between 600-800 policies
  • google image searching for Cladding, Render, Flat Roofs, Grade Listing
  • develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers, ensuring complete customer satisfaction as is reasonably possible
  • providing back up support for the Directors & Officers Liability scheme

Requirements

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail and accurate record keeping
  • excellent time management skills and self-motivation
  • have the ability to efficiently manage a varied workload, whilst working towards strict deadlines
