Payroll Administrator (Ref: 0623 PA)DungannonWe are recruiting for a full-time Payroll Administrator to join our busy Payroll & Bookkeeping Department in Dungannon.The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of payroll processing for a portfolio of clients across a range of business sectors. There will also be an opportunity to work with clients on CIS, RCT and VAT returns as the role develops.Key duties / responsibilities:Collect and review timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data from clientsEnter and maintain employee information, deductions, and changes in payroll softwareCalculate wages, salaries, overtime, commissions, and bonuses accurately and in compliance with relevant laws and regulationsProcess payroll for multiple clients, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to tight deadlinesHandle employee queries resolve any payroll-related issues promptly and professionallyProcess returns to HMRC, Revenue Commissioners and pension providersPrepare and submit CIS and RCT returnsCriteriaEssentialB Grade in GCSE Maths and EnglishTwo years’ experience in a Finance or Book-keeping role in a busy environmentExperience of using computerised financial packages (e.g. Xero, Sage, Brightpay)Strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work to strict deadlinesDesirableAccounting Technician qualification or equivalentOn offerCompetitive remuneration packageEarly finish FridayFree on-site parkingFull training and opportunity to participate in professional coursesExcellent team cultureWe do not offer relocation packages to candidates who do not hold a UK work perm
