- handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth
Requirements
- proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or service environment
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff
- time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- organisational skills to maintain an orderly shop layout and inventory system
- multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base
- experience in sales management is preferred, with a track record of achieving targets
