- the driver and passenger assistant responsibilities

- transport your child/children between the home or designated pick-up point and school, safely and in time to start the school day
- some of our pupils have additional needs so drivers/escorts may be required to undertake additional training to aid with certain contracts
- wear an identification badge to confirm they have been DBS checked to an enhanced level and completed Safeguarding training
- provide you with a contact number for use in relation to the operation of the contract
- report incidents, accidents and concerns about the children's welfare or behaviour as appropriate
- treat information provided to them with confidence
