Responsibility

  • grounds and Maintenance Operative
  • the company is responsible for the day-to-day operations and general maintenance of several commercial and domestic properties
  • all the facilities are in the East Lancashire area
  • during work hours, you will be provided with a shared vehicle for work purposes
  • GET Property Management are looking for an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Operative to work for our established Property Management company based in Simonstone, Burnley
  • you will need to be physically fit as the work can be demanding, be prepared to work outdoors in bad weather conditions if necessary and have your own means of transport to commute to our head quarters

Requirements

  • knowledge of plants
  • roofing experience with slate and tiles
  • experience working with landscaping and power tools such as strimmer's/lawnmowers etc
  • able to work at heights
  • shrub bed maintenance
  • joinery experience
  • hedge trimming
  • basic electrical, plumbing and brickwork experience
