- T his is a part-time role working 3 days per week
- however, during periods of absence and holidays, this could potentially increase to 4/5 days
- full holiday entitlement with salary/wage negotiable and depending to an extent upon experience
- must be compliant and familiar with health and hygiene regulations and the ability to contribute within the team to help maintain our consistently high food hygiene rating
- an experienced and competent chef / cook is required for city centre café who is comfortable working in a varied fast paced environment and assuming a degree of responsibility within a small team
