Requirements
- the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar manufacturing environment undertaking tasks comparable to the role
- experience of implementing environmental strategy to meet current & future market requirements – sustainability, carbon reduction, circular economy
- extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental standards
- skilled auditor
- attention to detail, analytical and thorough in the follow through of identified improvements
- good interpersonal skills - able to influence and motivate
- problem solving - using a structured approach
- personal credibility and respect from shop floor and management
Responsibility
- attend / chair monthly review meetings to drive improvement
- performance management of QMS & EMS and regular reporting to Senior Management as appropriate
