- the role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service both to buyers and sellers
- as a Valuer you would be responsible for achieving listings within prescribed parameters and will be responsible for the branch, reporting directly to the Senior Partner
- for the ideal candidate we would expect a future partnership role and offer a basic salary with generous commission package. On target earnings are expected to be in excess of £60,000
