Responsibility

  • serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly targets to internal and external stakeholders
  • develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • forecast and track your account KPI’s with the use of CRM

Requirements

  • proven account management or other relevant experience
  • demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
  • experience in delivering client-focused product portfolio based on customer needs
  • proven ability to manage multiple customers at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
