Requirements
- ● Bachelor’s degree
- ● Minimum 2 years’ experience in development/sourcing role
- ● Proficient in Microsoft programs
- ● Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management
- ● Knowledge of purchasing principles and inventory control procedures
- ● Must be able to commute to office
- ● Travel as needed/requested by supervisor
- ● Office Hybrid working . Option to work from home 2 days a week
Responsibility
- ● Attend weekly pre-production meetings to review/communicate product specs, quality details/concerns, timelines, risks, etc. to production and quality control teams
- ● Partner with Category manager and design, as well as external design/development/sourcing teams to achieve product development milestones, margin goals and resolve any product quality concerns/issues as they arise
- ● Attend sales meetings with key customers as needed
- ● Must show understanding of critical path, delivering all key calendar dates, including development deadlines, production lead times and shipment timelines
