- identify business opportunities in the sales area and develop new business through direct or indirect sales activities
- execute planned business and marketing strategies to create and nurture a healthy sales pipeline
- working closely with the team in developing proposals that meet the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
- have a thorough understanding of our market potential, competitor activities and relevant technological advancements in the industry
- travel to customer locations, as and when required, to promote the company's products and services
- pitching our products and services to clients, elevate brand awareness through networking and negotiating sales contracts with our clients
- share user feedback and case-studies with inter department teams to inform and guide future product and process improvements
