Requirements
- previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- other previous accounting experience is desirable
- proactive and focused on systems and improvement
- some knowledge and experience of the preparation and manipulation of data using MS Excel
- good written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to work to tight timescales and work under differing levels of pressure
- attention to detail
- the ability to remain calm under pressure
Responsibility
- to ensure that invoice queries are resolved efficiently in line with agreed KPI’s
- to provide day to day support to the Finance Team in other areas of the accounting activities as and when required
- to assist with the operation and administration of the Purchase Ledger including the processing of purchase invoices and accounts payable activities
