- genesis Publications is seeking to appoint a confident and engaging individual to the role of Customer Service and Operations Administrator
- this role is ideal for a positive team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on interaction
- order processing: Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all customer orders via website, email, or telephone
- assist customers with account and order issues by providing accurate, valid, and complete product information
- relationship Building : You will be required to establish constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- on occasion, you will host customer visits to the Genesis Reading Room and Gallery

Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements

- patient telephone manner, excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- ability to prioritise effectively, manage own workload and meet deadlines
- accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential in this role
- flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities depending on business need
