Responsibility
- generators for Export is a dedicated specialist in the supply of used diesel, petrol, and gas generators
- due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, positive person to join our team
- we are a British leader in the sale and global distribution of pre-owned, low houred, power generation equipment from leading brands including Perkins, Cummins, Volvo, FG Wilson, Caterpillar and Iveco
- the role will involve working outdoors most of the time and will appeal to someone who is comfortable working alone or as part of a team
- the role includes managing the yard and yard team and being responsible for Incoming generator checks and repairing where necessary and getting generators ready for sale as well as checking incoming parts stock and ensuring they are correctly stored
- you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of operations and infrastructure of the yard whilst adhering to health & safety protocols
- ensuring the yard area is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- mechanical knowledge: 5 years
