- excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- good communication skills to interact with students, colleagues, and external contractors
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure student satisfaction
- flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for emergency repairs or urgent situations

Responsibility
- performing Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on a regular basis
- carrying out reactive maintenance repairs promptly and efficiently
- conducting routine inspections of student accommodation facilities and equipment
- identifying and addressing maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure the effective management of maintenance schedules
- responding to maintenance requests from students and addressing their concerns
- maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and completing necessary documentation
