- to be an active member of the Generate staff team
- supporting the Client in their role to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
- generate has been creating opportunities and offering support to people with a learning disability since 1972
- to represent Generate positively in a variety of situations and respond professionally to general enquiries
- ● To assist client with their day-to-day administrative tasks such as form filling and collecting training feedback
- supporting the client by providing effective IT support if and when needed

- notetaking in child protection meetings, strategy meetings and core groups face-to-face or remote
Requirements
- previous experience working as a support worker
- the candidate should have good interpersonal relationship skills and ability to get along with different persons
- experience is using Social media
- experience in accounting/project management
- experience in advocating for others
- supporting the client to find relevant information in relation to tasks given
- the candidate should have good IT skills, with an ability to navigate around various systems and software packages such as Outlook, MS Office, the internet and databases
- flexibility to work and respond quickly to requests for assistance
