Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will have experience working with a range of children and young people in an EBD environment
  • support the Manager and daily running of the children's home
  • ensure care is provided to the highest
  • we are seeking a Deputy Manager that can support the Manager to deliver the highest quality care service to children and young people

Requirements

  • level 3 in Leadership and Management of Children and Young People's Workforce
  • experience working in an EBD environment
  • experience with staff training and development
  • excellent organisational, interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • effective supervision and leadership skills
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • at least 2 years of experience working with children and young people in the last 5 years with at least 1 year in a team leader/Senior RSW role
  • at least 2 years of experience working with children and young people in the last 5 years with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
