Working hours

Responsibility

  • manage a team of contractors, delegating tasks as necessary and providing guidance and support where needed
  • use your multi-trade skills to carry out various construction tasks as required
  • manage project budgets, keeping track of costs and ensuring that all work is completed within the agreed-upon timeframe and budget
  • oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • first Aid Training
  • multi-trade skills, with a broad range of construction expertise and the ability to carry out various tasks
  • leadership Training
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively
  • self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • current driving license with own vehicle and tools
  • proven experience in a similar role on site and on large multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget
