provide administrative support to the property managers and assist in the smooth running of the property management department
provide a friendly and efficient customer service to clients, suppliers and colleagues
dealing with Telephone Communications Answering the telephone for all incoming enquires and logging the call effectively on Qube
handling simple enquiries or directing calls and logs to relevant staff as appropriate
secretarial Scanning, filing logging and/or shredding correspondence and assisting Property Managers in maintaining an organized, efficient and well-presented office environment
writing emails and letters as directed by Property Managers, responding to tenant standard enquiries
typing up letters, meeting minutes and site visit notes as and when required by Property Managers
running mail merges and distributing correspondence as directed by Property Managers
