Responsibility
- assisting the Nursery Manager in the provision of professional leadership and management of the nursery
- undertaking the overall day to day running of the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager
- leading a professional room at all times

- to keep yourself informed and educated on new legislation and changes in childcare practices and attend any training as required
- working in partnership with the parents and providing excellent customer service, giving consideration to the reputation of the nursery at all times
- to help manager with invoicing, fee collection and the collection of overdue accounts
Requirements
- minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience and
- some nursery management experience

- to deliver childcare in a way that meets parents’ needs and works in partnership with them providing high levels of customer care at all times
