  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
  • payroll Technician Certificate is desirable but not essential
  • experience with Breathe HR and Xero is beneficial but not essential

Responsibility

  • maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
  • support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and conducting exit interviews
  • assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • maintain consistent and professional communication styles across all internal messaging
