- previous experience in HR administration and familiarity with payroll processes

- proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
- payroll Technician Certificate is desirable but not essential
- experience with Breathe HR and Xero is beneficial but not essential
- maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
- support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and conducting exit interviews
- assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- maintain consistent and professional communication styles across all internal messaging
