Responsibility
- we are recruiting an experienced Stock Controller to join the Purchasing Department to cover for maternity leave
- perform continuous quarterly count of stock in all areas using methodical and efficient processes to attain timely accuracy
- delivery issues including reporting, damages etc. investigation and reports as necessary
- maintain close links with internal and external contacts

- stock reporting to Purchasing & Operations Managers
- maintain electronic library of files and archiving accordingly
- the role entails coordinating incoming stock of new and changed products; investigating and coordinating product & delivery issues; maintaining continuous stock control of all Head Office warehoused products; creating stock reports, stock discrepancy investigations & reporting; stock adjustments and customer complaints regarding deliveries
