Responsibility
the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customers are satisfied with our products and services
this position will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to scheduling, customer service, sales, inventory management, and other duties as assigned
the ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, sales, or retail and is a team player who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Requirements
high School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role required
1-2 years of experience in a sales role required
ability to work independently and as part of a team
must be able to work Monday through Friday between 8am - 5pm
must be able to pass a background check and drug test
