  • managing the entire process of a new lettings property, from referencing to move-in
  • ensuring our portfolio is compliant and all checks are completed in a timely manner
  • working closely with our in-house marketing team to ensure properties are marketed promptly and correctly on all major platforms
  • deposit management
  • inventory checks
  • progressing of all repairs and maintenance works
  • establishing great relationships with our tenants
  • coordinating viewings with the team
