- rig and configure cameras for optimal shots, ensuring exceptional image quality and composition including appropriate lens selection, lighting and grip considerations
- possess an in-depth knowledge of various record formats, codecs, and frame rates, and a strong understanding of the science of cinematography
- edit video content primarily in Final Cut Pro, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve also being acceptable
- collaborate with our creative team to bring client visions to life while maintaining our high production standards
- be responsible for the safe assembly and disassembly and storage of equipment on location
- have a personal vehicle and a clean driving license
- as a Camera Operator/Video Editor at gassProductions, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to pursuing a long-term career with us
- rig and Operate a wide variety of cameras, including Blackmagic Ursa Broadcast G2, Sony PXW Z280, Panasonic CX350, Sony FX6, Sony FX3, Sony FS7, Sony FS5, and others as needed
Requirements
- proficiency in camera operation and advanced knowledge of camera equipment, particularly the listed camera models
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle for transportation
- passion for the world of video production within the live events, corporate video, brand content and Tv production landscape
- A commitment to a long-term career with GassProductions
- clean, tidy appearance and professional manner
- A minimum of 3 years of real-world experience as a Camera Operator/Video Editor, preferably with a production company or as a freelance professional
- excellent people skills
- strong editing skills and expertise in Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects, with additional proficiency in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
