Responsibility

  • pro Gases UK is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage and develop accounts with customers and agents
  • the Account Manager will also answer customer/agent queries and will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from account creation, to invoicing
  • work with external agents and the Pro Gases UK team to fulfil customer orders and ensure stock is at hand
  • assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • calculate and invoice cylinder rental for all customers
  • collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
