You will be responsible for customer queries and the raising of customer quotations. You will be integral to the smooth running of the office and the administration duties involved.Duties and Responsibilities Include:· Managing a range of customer-related enquiries via telephone and e-mail· Provide assistance to the sales team out on the road· Customer quotations· General office duties such as welcoming visitors, answering the telephone, franking mail, and filing· Order Inputting – when required· Providing holiday and sickness cover for other office roles such as transport administration and order processing.· Ensuring that personal conduct is in line with management guidelines and company rules· Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times· Additional tasks as and when required relevant to job roleRequired Skills:· An excellent communicator with both customers and co-workers· Ability to fulfil customer enquiries and transactions in a clear, helpful and efficient manner· Excellent organisational skills to manage the diverse range of tasks involved in this role· Excellent time management, enabling you to work on multiple projects at once, prioritising the
