Responsibility
- the ideal candidate will be an experienced Paint Plant Technician, able to help run our new Powder Coating Plant
- you will work as part of our growing and friendly team based situated in Nether Heage near Belper
- the facility has been created as part of the company’s dynamic growth plans and to ensure all key components are produced and supplied from one site
- liaise and feedback production quality issues
Requirements
- understanding of EHS – PPE, H&S processes and obligations
- understanding of Quality Systems, audits, use of PWI’s
- knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques – reduction in cost, waste and problem solving
- people management skills to assist with inductions, training, upskilling and appraisals
- previous experience in a similar role
- painting, Coating & Spraying Machine Operators: 2 years
