Responsibility

  • this job is 100% office based
  • gardening Naturally is a family run e-commerce business
  • we are primarily business to consumer but also have a small percentage of business-to-business customers
  • we manufacture a large range of products in house
  • the company operates at a fast pace for 6 months of the year with 50% of the turnover taken in 3 months and 70% in 6 months
  • A people manager who is prepared to implement discipline, change, motivate and lead the staff
  • this is a "hands on" role and involves overseeing our warehouse as well
  • we are looking for a team member to join our management team to help us take the business to the next level
