Responsibility
- as a Greenhouse/Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, taking care of our plants and warehouse facilities
- help look after our greenhouse plants, including watering, feeding, and pruning
- you'll be responsible for tasks like plant maintenance, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- keep an eye on greenhouse conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and light levels, and make adjustments as needed
- we're seeking a reliable, hardworking team player who shares our passion for plants and horticulture
- assist with transplanting, potting, and propagation of plants
- keep track of inventory and help organize and store products and supplies
- pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with care, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a greenhouse, warehouse, or similar environment is a plus
- basic understanding of plants and horticulture practices
- detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- good organization and time management skills
- able to lift and move heavy objects
- comfortable working in different temperature and humidity conditions
- reliable transportation to and from our workplace
