- general washing-up duties to include all kitchen equipment
- ensuring all kitchen areas are clear of debris and conform to Health and safety regulations
- assisting the chefs with basic food preparation
- checking and storing deliveries
- we're looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team in our Windsor Pub. We are a pub that focuses on customer service and experience which serving great food and drink Tuesday-Sunday
- assisting with picking & packing orders
- assisting the kitchen team with additional duties as and when required
- sweeping, mopping and cleaning all floor and surface areas
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
