- to be responsible for the day-to-day running the shop including maintaining excellent front and back of house standards
- deliver great customer service & inspire those around you
- share Garage Coffee’s mission & vision with customers and staff
- train, encourage and motivate the team to hit targets and serve the best quality product
- to adhere to any health and safety requirements and always maintain a clean and tidy coffee hut
- have good awareness and control of stock, minimising wastage but ensuring the hut is always fully stocked
- to support the Head of Retail in their role and complete all tasks set by them
- line manage Margate barista staff including monitoring their skill level and conduct and carrying out 1-2-1’s and supporting them to deliver excellent service
