gamesQuest is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with proven problem solving skills in an office based environment to join their Customer Service Team working full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
provide pricing and delivery information
the company specialises in the board game market and the successful candidate would join a busy team to support our growing board game fulfilment service, interacting with publishers and suppliers to provide and process information in response to online enquiries and calls about products and services
organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
the successful candidate would also link between internal departments, such as the warehouse and fulfilment, to investigate and resolve any issues raised
Education
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
knowledge of relevant computer applications
ability to type
knowledge of administrative procedures
numeric, oral and written language applications
