Requirements
- you must be able to pass a criminal record check that we will conduct on your history
- valid UK Driving License with no more than 6 penalty points and no DR, DD or CD convictions
- A minimum of 6 months experience driving a van or similar vehicle in a multi drop role
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills with a key focus on working to trained procedures
- experience with temperature-controlled goods handling
- knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
Responsibility
- plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently and safely
- load and unload medication, ensuring proper handling and temperature control at all times
- maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is in good working order
- provide excellent customer service to our customer, hospital and pharmacy staff
- adhere to all relevant traffic laws and company safety regulations
- maintain a clean and organised work environment
- stringently follow all delivery operating procedures
