- ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with agreed method statements and legislation
- assist during site surveys and asset studies as required
- complete general administration of associated paper work/certificates/drawings
- willing to be part of an on-call rota, usually around 1 week in 4
- to maintain and enhance the company's reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained
- to carry out PPM, breakdown, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems - ranging from VRVs, VRFs, Split systems, AHU's and Fans
- work in a safe manner so you are not a danger to yourself or colleagues as guided by health & safety/RAMS documentation
