I was initially impressed with Galaxy Stairs, they gave me a good price and we even saw their factory in Wembley - as initially I had a funny feeling they might not even exist! We designed some lovely stairs, and they were professional when they came to the house to measure up. Paid a deposit to secure the goods. But delays (our side) meant things dragged on a bit - I then (for some unknown reason had a funny feeling again) and decided to do a review check on them and saw all the bad stuff about Galaxy(!) I asked for a refund and they started to get a pushy with me - quoting breach of contract terms etc etc. I don't understand why a company that clearly does (and has done) some wonderful stairs for customers would go to great lengths to make it look legit and then rip off what looks like 50% of their customers. I've decided to stop the process as alarm bells were going off all over the place - I asked about old reviews and who ran the company and got no response. Not worth the risk in my opinion - shame

This company is a scam - they will steal your money and wont complete the job. It is just a reincarnation of an old scam company called Sun Studios London. Davit and his wife Tatevik are crooks

Just wanted to report on a very satisfying order i made with Galaxy Stairs.
I searched on the internet and found Galaxy stairs. They helped me with the design and were very efficient. They advised me on payment schedule and done exactly what they said.
The outcome has been fantastic and they done exactly what was agreed. I would definitely recommend there services

This company is a scam. With a man (deleted by the administrator)at the forefront, they will ask for a partial upfront payment then come and carry out some of the work. When they then ask for the rest of the money in order for them to complete the job, as soon as this is paid you won’t hear from them again. We lost 9k to these scam artists and on doing further research into their previous trading company (sun studios) we found that we were not alone- they have defrauded another 30 people that we know of, but I’m sure that that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I just lost 7k. They don't answer anymore! Unbelievable how they can get away with this

Please do your homework searching for their names on company register under Sun Studios and read the reviews of Sun Studios on trustpilot. I lost 6k to them and chasing them through all possible legal means.

Scam artists! Ripped off both clients and employees. Sought after by the police. Don’t give them a penny!

This company is a reincarnation of Sun Studios.
DONT place any orders with them. They are scam artists. I paid them £11k and have nothing to show for it.

Same ownership of another company which frauded tens of people. Stairs manufacturers which left many clients with unfinished products or nothing. Several people are reporting issues. Watch out, these are serial fraudsters and i am surprised they are still hanging around

This is a new company set up by the same people who have defrauded over 30 people under a company called Sun Studio London. Please read the reviews on Trust Pilot. They are under investigation and legal proceedings. Davit Tumanyan and his wife are at the head being aided by two other individuals. They are posing as a staircase company and do carry out some work but rarely deliver anything. We had paid almost £10,000 3 years ago and have been ghosted. We are not alone.
