Responsibility

  • oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established service levels & goals
  • design and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Directors
  • analyse the business requirements of all departments and Companies to determine their technology needs
  • purchase efficient and cost-effective technology equipment and software
  • inspect the use of technology equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to Directors
  • coordinate & manage IT staff
  • control budget and report on expenditure

Requirements

  • proven experience as Managing a team in a similar role
  • experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • sound understanding of computer systems , networks etc
  • the successful candidate should have knowledge or experience of the following solutions or comparable systems
  • experience in controlling information technology budget
  • predictive Dialler & IPBX
  • excellent organisational and leadership skills
  • windows Active Directory
