Responsibility
- one of the projects we have secured is in Ellesmere, Shropshire
- the extension will be composed of traditional construction techniques (i.e
- strip foundations, cavity walls, ground bearing floor slabs, all under a duo-pitched tile clad roof & a built-up felt flat roof)
- this is intially a temporary contract but depending on performance and/ or avalibility could develop in to full time employment
- we require a single storey extension constructing on the end of the existing school to house a PPA Room and General-Purpose Room to meet current standards
- we require a general builder/ bricklayer to set out the site, excavate, pour the foundations and construct the brickwork in accordance with the architects drawings up to wall plate ready for other trades to continue
Requirements
- experienced professional builder who can undertake normal everyday building works
- full UK driving license
- own Van and Tools
