- ensure all established procedures are adhered to
- maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant Health and Safety procedures
- establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, suppliers, customers and the general public
- perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
- keeps accurate records of deliveries and ensures all documentation is submitted onto our delivery tracker
- maintains communication with relevant stores to inform of any change of delivery, route or schedule
Requirements
- retail experience or customer service experience an advantage
- must be computer literate
- must be numerate and literate as will be working from written instructions
- excellent attention to detail is required as mistakes are costly to rectify
- A confident and friendly personality is essential
- ability to work under own initiative is important
- knowledge of Pets and animals would be an advantage
- driving: 1 year
