Responsibility
- if required, carry out regular fire and health and safety checks in accordance with FCWA’s policies and procedures
- to communicate immediately with the line manager any breaches of security, house rules or licence agreements especially where there is concern about safety of individuals, staff and other residents
- to develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with all FCWA’s staff, including colleagues at other sites
- to carry out any other duties that may be required by the Line Manager and work at any of its other sites when required to do so
