- liaise with customers to confirm appointments
- first point of contact for electrical and renewables enquiries
- allocate engineers using the scheduler against estimated times from the estimating team
- liaising with sub-contractors
- liaising with accounts and maintenance departments
- work in accordance with the company guidelines and KPI’s set by your Line Manager
- support the Operations Manager
- duties can change from time to time subject to client’s requirements and change to the marketplace
Requirements
- must have previous experience working in an administration environment
- excellent customer service skills
- have the skills to be multi-faceted and the ability to carry out numerous duties across various departments
- be confident and efficient in managing own time whilst carrying out a multitude of tasks
- administration: 2 years
- have the ability to correspond clearly, concisely, and politely with administrators, technicians, customers, and external organisations, whether by telephone or written communication

- job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based
- hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 30minute unpaid break for lunch
