Responsibility
facilitate the formation of positive relationships with others in the community
manage the daily timetables for the students in the Inclusion Support Base
report to school staff and parents/ carers daily
grow and develop the 'Regulate and Reflect Zone' as a means to support our young people who have SEMH and SEND needs to explore their own behaviours and their impact upon others in order to be able to thrive
provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for children either within a 1:1 or small group setting
deliver activities, learning and group work with the aim of increasing emotional and social wellbeing, school engagement, relational skills and the achievement of personal goals
with access to curriculum overviews and schemes of learning you will be able to plan and deliver academic learning activities which meet the needs of our students. Creatively adapting activities according to student response and engagement
working closely with SLT and using a therapeutic, trauma informed approach, you will create, plan and deliver a bespoke intervention the purpose of which will be to support students with self-regulation and build confidence
