  • providing support to Account Managers, helping the agency to deliver creative projects to a diverse range of exciting clients and sectors
  • supporting with project management for key clients, organisation is key to ensuring smooth, concise client relationships and service
  • ensuring that internal stakeholders are regularly communicated with and updated on the progress of projects
  • tracking time utilised across various tasks and deliverables. Maintaining accurate records of time spent on each project phase
  • monitoring project progress and clearing roadblocks
  • checking all project deliverables for accuracy
  • briefing projects to the relevant internal teams
  • working closely with internal teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and on budget
