Responsibility
- in conjunction with the Deputy Manager & Registered Manager ensure the highest standards of care takes place at all times
- support the implementation of individual and team learning and development plans in conjunction with professional and organisational requirements
- ensure all policies and procedures in relation to children, staff and others are implemented
- attend to all the care needs of young people being looked after in the home
- contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and review of policies and procedures as appropriate
- provide supervision in conjunction with laid down standards and requirements in conjunction with the Deputy Manager & Registered Manager
- behave in a professional manner at all times with sensitivity, dignity and respect towards children, staff, other professionals and service users
- work with the Deputy Manager & Registered Manager as appropriate to monitor and address staff performance
