FUTURE CARE is looking for employees for positions:
senior residential support worker
Responsibility
- working as a valued member of leading a team, having a clear understanding of the children's care home standards and regulations
- you will enhance the children’s psychological recovery by being a positive role mode and offering a comprehensive residential service to children and young people, the aim being to ensure the physical, social and emotional care, and development of of our young people in a safe and caring environment
- you will work towards enhancing your teams training progression and one of the first point of contacts with in the children's home as part of the senior team
Requirements
- must have a valid Right To Work in the UK
- must be aged 21 and above
- must hold UK Manual Drivers Licence
- have NVQ Level 3 or above in children's residential care or equivalent
- detailed knowledge of the children's home regulations and standards
- an experienced residential support worker for children
- evidence of having transferable skills that you can bring to our children's home
- must be fully flexible in working hours Monday - Sunday, including sleeps
