Responsibility

  • provide on-site technical support for clients' hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • providing 2nd line support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
  • troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues
  • troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to Networking, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows client and server OS
  • install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • focusing on a small set of clients, one of which is the host for our Brighton Office
  • maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and issues resolved
  • identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate teams

Requirements

  • proven experience in a similar role
  • strong knowledge and experience in Networking, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows client and server OS
  • experience in virtualization, working for an MSP, Mac's, Meraki technologies, Azure, Intune is highly advantageous
  • strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
