Responsibility
- we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join our travel team
- this is a newly created role, and will involve liaising with our travel partners in China
- preparation of brochures and tailor-made offers and travel documents
- assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
- provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations
- research and gather information on travel destinations, attractions, and activities to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to negotiate rates and secure reservations
- the role will be mainly remote, but will be required to come into our Cambridge office 3-4 times per month to report to the line manager
