- provide timely, accurate and relevant management information to the Group
- development of suitable and robust financial controls that are monitored & maintained across the business
- responsibility for ensuring all tax compliance is satisfied for FuseBox
- oversight of the annual audit processes
- maintain rolling cashflow forecasts
