Our team is growing and we are looking to expand the existing function of the HR Department aligning with company strategy and business goals. Our existing HR person is retiring and we require a full-time HR professional to ensure the smooth running of the HR department. This is a stand-alone role; the business needs someone who is self motivated and can take control in Generalist HR.As the HR Manager you will be responsible for:Ensuring that HR practices, policies and processes within the business are in line with current legislation and make changes as necessary. Providing specialist professional HR advice, coaching and supporting the management team to create an enabling and engaging culture.Preparing Employee Contracts and overseeing induction process.Supporting the Line Managers with various capability investigations (i.e., grievances and disciplinaries, absence, performance).Acting as the HR point of contact for managers and employees.Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives.Overseeing appraisal process - identifying development needs for employees.Assisting with Annual Salary Review process.Assist in championing for "Investors in People" accreditation.Reviewing company perks and benefits and implementing future changes.Collati
